Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo recently shared a relatable moment with her fellow contestant and Filipina representing New Zealand, Victoria Velasquez Vincent. As they enjoyed a meal together, Manalo playfully described how one course arrived with a large serving of fish but, to her dismay, an unexpectedly tiny portion of “kanin” (rice). With a laugh, she illustrated just how small it was using a hand gesture.
